Anhart Building Services CCC Ltd. is a Canadian community contribution company with the mandate to produce low-cost, high-quality construction and property management for Anhart Community Housing Society and Anhart Homes.

Projects ranging from multi-story urban affordable micro-suites to smaller community three story walk-up apartments are in the scope of Anhart Building Services.

Modes of construction include modular, panelized, concrete, and traditional stick frame methods.

Horizon North Logistics Inc. is the primary Canada-wide partner for Anhart Building services when modular, offsite construction is required.

Community Champions works closely with Anhart Building Services and partnered qualified builders to reduce construction costs through cash or gift-in-kind donations.

Each new affordable housing building has a target goal of a 10% cost reduction by engaging consultants, building trades, corporate entities, foundations, and government bodies.

The long term Anhart construction strategy involves both direct general contracting services and also partnership with experienced, qualified builders whenever projects are of a larger scope or in areas beyond the reach of Anhart Building Services’ Vancouver base.

In its general contracting role, Anhart Building Services will focus on projects suited to smaller BC municipalities with high levels of community involvement using scalable modifications of the Habitat for Humanity model.

Anhart Buildings Services has completed the two-year required preparatory period before finalize application to become a qualified builder in British Columbia.

Property management services for completed affordable housing buildings and affordable home ownership projects are also provided by Anhart Building Services.

In partnership with Anhart Tenant services, Anhart Building Services has consolidated staff and systems with extensive experience in affordable and supportive housing properties.

Property management services include management of capital reserves, scheduled mechanical maintenance, and executive supervision of regular maintenance.
