Anhart Tenant Services
Anhart Tenant Services CCC Ltd. is a community contribution company based in Vancouver, Canada and is the primary operating partner of the affordable housing centres owned by Anhart Homes.
The counterpart to Anhart Tenant Services is Anhart Building Services CCC Ltd. The former coordinates people and community components while the latter coordinates building property management components.
The core feature of Anhart Tenant Services is the creation of a self-organizing, tenant-led building management model which employs multiple tenants to perform tasks normally assigned to one property manager. Tenant led community paid positions include point person, outreach coordinator, amenity room coordinator, janitor, maintenance person and groundskeeper.
In the timeline scale for the development of Anhart affordable housing centres in all regions of Canada, Anhart Tenant Services follows the efforts of Spirit of the Land.
In the earlier stages of development, Spirit of the Land makes initial contact with participating municipalities, performs initial community engagement services, and selects local housing management partners during the development and stage.
Anhart Tenant Services overlaps with Spirit of the Land and begins tenanting intake processes during the later stages of construction. Tenant Services’ business systems are both concentrated and distributed.
