Anhart Homes CCC Ltd. is a community contribution company based in Vancouver, Canada. The business is wholly owned by the Anhart Community Housing Society. Anhart Homes owns Anhart Building Services CCC Ltd., Anhart Homes Manitoba Ltd., and Anhart Homes Nova Scotia Ltd.

Functioning as the development arm of the Anhart Community Housing Society, Anhart Homes is focused on creating 20,000 privately developed affordable homes in all regions of Canada.

Anhart non-profit entities and community contribution companies has been or are currently being incorporated in all Canadian provinces and territories. Ten affordable housing properties in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia are currently under contract

Anhart Homes CCC Ltd. owns a newly completed 40 apartment affordable housing centre in Hope, BC and is developing 53 affordable home ownership townhomes and condominiums on an adjacent three-acre property. In Merritt, British Columbia, Anhart Homes owns a two-acre site and is developing 74 affordable rental apartments.

Working partners of Anhart Homes include Vancity Savings Credit Union, Vancity Foundation, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and Horizon North Logistics. Anhart Home’s success is linked to Anhart Investments Ltd., the Community Champions program, and Anhart Tenant Services.

The administrative division of tenant and property management services for Anhart Homes affordable housing centres are centralized in Vancouver. Tenant-led local staff in each community decentralize operations.

The Community Champions program is a division of Anhart Construction that reduces construction costs by a minimum of 10% in collaboration with qualified builders during the tender process and through community donations.

Anhart Tenants Services applies a distributed network approach to ensure ongoing tenant and property management services. Spirit of the Land is the community collaboration and property acquisition arm of the Anhart network. All 3,500 Canadian municipalities and 700 indigenous governmental bodies are on a database managed by Spirit of the Land.
